Further Loan
Borrowing against your home is usually your cheapest source of finance.
Want to improve your home? It may be better to renovate your existing home rather than incur the costs and stresses of buying a new home.
A further loan is available to existing SA Home Loans clients who want to access increased equity in their property. Where the loan required is more than the originally registered loan amount, we will register a further bond against your property so that you can access additional funds.
If you need cash in a hurry, you can apply for a Quick Cash advance against the further loan.
Rapid Re-advance
A form of "access bond" - quick access to cash from your bond.
For existing SA Home Loans Clients who wish to access any available amounts in your home loan account up to the original Loan Approved Amount. A rapid re-advance requires minimal effort and typically you will get your cash within 48 hours of application.
Further Advance
If your property value and affordability allow, we can advance you additional funds with 5 working days.
For existing SA Home Loans Clients who wish to access additional amounts from your home loan account. This option is available to clients who wish to apply for funds that will take their outstanding loan amount higher than the Loan Agreement Amount, but lower than the original registered loan amount.
(Avoid the costs and delays of registering a further bond - this is one reason it pays to register a bond amount that’s higher than your initial loan requirement).
