Beneficial Ownership Declaration for Close Corporations (CC)

A beneficial owner means:

1. A natural person who directly or indirectly ultimately owns or exercises effective control of:
   a) A client of an accountable institution; or
   b) A legal person, partnership or trust that owns or exercises effective control of, as may be, a client of an accountable institution.
2. Each natural person who ultimately owns or exercises effective control of that legal entity.

Beneficial ownership is determined with reference to ownership of more than 5% of the entity.
