With a dynamic culture of learning, we take staff development seriously. Our development programmes include:

SAHL Induction Programme

Our induction programme introduces new recruits to our unique culture, giving them a solid foundation of how SA Home Loans operates so they can align to the company’s goals.

Graduate Development Programme

Top graduates are offered good business exposure to enhance their knowledge and skills. Our programme offers opportunities to gain real-world experience by working with seasoned and talented staff.

Management Development Programmes

Our flagship programmes include: Strategic Leadership Programme, Ifa Lethu Programme and Talent Investment Programme. These are aimed at developing the leadership potential of individuals at all levels of management.

Learnership Programmes

We currently offer learnerships in the following areas: Debt Recovery, Generic Management and Contact Centre.  These structured learning interventions are designed to fast-track the development of existing members and unemployed youths. Learners get theoretical knowledge and practical skills leading to qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework (“NQF”).

Short Courses and Skills programmes

These occupationally based learning interventions are aimed at enhancing the skills needed by staff in the workplace. We also provide staff with the opportunity to apply academic learning to the practical work environment.

Study Assistance

We offer financial assistance to our staff to give them access to quality education and training, which will allow them to further develop in their respective fields.
