Beneficial Ownership Declaration for Companies

A beneficial owner means:

1. A natural person who directly or indirectly ultimately owns or exercises effective control of:
   a) A client of an accountable institution; or
   b) A legal person, partnership or company that owns or exercises effective control of, as may be, a client of an accountable institution.
2. Each natural person who ultimately owns or exercises effective control of that legal entity.

Natural persons who ultimately own or control the company, including those holding (directly or indirectly) 5% or more of shares or voting rights, or who exercise control by other means. Where a shareholder is a juristic entity, the natural persons who ultimately own or control that entity must also be identified.
