Available to clients who would like to build a new home, or improve an existing home, on family land with no title deeds or on other properties that are not able to be bonded. The Housing Access Loan offers greater flexibility and a shorter term than a standard mortgage loan.

Bond registration is not required, and no bond attorney costs are payable.
