Although I had a bond with the Eskom Finance Company which was at a slightly better interest rate, it was near impossible to get a second bond to carry out renovations or just to consolidate debt. I phoned SAHL and (Vimal Paladh) explained everything to him. Vimal Paladh gathered all my details and within weeks the bond was approved and the additional funding which was desperately required was instantly approved.
