Buying a house is not easy and planning on how big or small you need. We got a small house at a bargain as it was just me, my wife and the baby. Moving in to this nice two bedroom house with the new born baby was just the best for us. And then mom in law had to move in with us and my wife realised that she was pregnant. Our home was too small and planning started. Thanks to SAHL that then took over our bond and helped us, we were able extent the house with a main bedroom and granny flat. And we still live happily in our home.
