As an estate agent myself for about 11 years, my dream was to own my own house. Nothing fancy, just our own house. Each day I would show people houses and by knock off time in the afternoon, I would feel the tears welling up because I wanted the same as each owner or buyer. Each time I talked to God I told HIM what I wanted and thanked HIM in advance for the house I'm was going to buy.

I've been renting this property for 10 years already and had an excellent relationship with the owner. So when he decided to sell, he told me that he will only sell to me. Then it started. We (me and hubby) tried applying for finance, but we failed.

Then Melinda started assisting me in a way that made me feel positive. She guided us and told us what to pay, how much to pay, and what to do. We did all of that and waited. November 2017 was our break, we got offered a 90% home loan - can you believe that?! We cried, we laughed, we cried again. Finally, this is our home. The difference of the selling price just easily fell into our hands, through SA Home Loans.  Now we are busy renovating our dream house. Thank you, Melinda and the team.
