I applied for a loan for our first place and NO other bank even wanted to make me an offer of what they could give me although I had a very good credit rating, a very high deposit and no debt. The consultant I worked with, Liz Donaldson was amazing and every time that there was a problem she came back to me and we corrected it, where all the other banks didnt even look twice at my application! I have already referred SA Home Loans to 2 of my friends and family members and will refer them to all my investors interested in buying a property. This is my first of many properties that I bought and will definitely use SA Home Loans again!
