It was a sad event that brought us to SA Home Loans. My boss had given us a personal loan from his own money in order to help us get our foot in the door. He also offered us 2% less than the going rate at the time. Unfortunately after a very happy business and working relationship he passed away unexpectedly. We were then forced to find alternative finance. Our first choice was SA Home Loans because at the time their offer was also 2% less than prime. We applied and application was successful.
