After winning a bid at a house auction, I immediately paid the deposit to the sheriff and went to my Bank of 21 years - I told them I need a bond (80%) approved within 15 days. I also told my bankers that I'm applying simultaneously with SAHL - whoever gives me the Home Loan within the required period would get the business. Well, SAHL approved my bond within 10 days and my bankers after giving me lots of run around only approved my bond 25 days late. I told the banks, thanks but SAHL has given me the bond and save my deal.
