After selling our house we were in the market for a new home. We looked at a few different options but decided to go with Garden Cities again. We put our name on 3 lists all of which were new houses being built. Time started catching up on us as we needed to move in less than a month. After being nr 11 on the waiting list for our dream home, we got the call and was told that we got the house. We called it the butterfly house. We got finance from FNB and when we got the opportunity to move over to SA Home Loans it was quick, easy and pain-free.
