I was hesitant to go the SAHL route when we wanted to buy our first home but SAHL were the only ones willing to give us a 95% loan. My bank, A&$@, only approved 85% and I've been with them for so many years. My geyser popped the other day and SAHL got someone out to my place within a day. I'm impressed.
