We applied for an additional bond to build ourselves a granny flat, so that our children could have a house to move into. Times are hard, and we have to share and make do the best we can with what we got. I'm so grateful and thank God everyday for what we have. SA Home Loans approved the bond and got us moving in a jiffy. The week we started building, it poured with rain, we were severely flooded out, it was so difficult, stayed up all night sweeping the water out but we managed to get through it. We now have such a lovely granny flat, and our children have a heritage. Thank you SA Home Loans
