It was my pleasure to buy a house with SA Home Loans.

Two years ago I applied for a loan with them with my son-in-law as a joint application. It didn't take too long to be approved.

I struggled to sell the flat that I was staying in.  I had signed my documents with SA Home Loans in May 2016 but my flat only sold in 2017!  SA Home Loans waited for me and they didn't cancel the loan. Then I moved in February to the new house. I stayed in the house for almost a year before I got promoted and decided to buy half of my son-in-law's share because I wanted the house to be registered in my name.

I remembered the consultant who helped me when we applied for the loan, sent her an email, and asked what to do.  Rowena was so helpful and she did everything so professionally. She requested some documentation and within two weeks she told me that I was approved. I have tried other institutes but all was in vain.

In May this year my house was registered in my name. The interest rates are reasonable because I am a government employee. I am still happy with my SA Home Loans and so grateful for their service.
