It is with great pleasure and absolute happiness to share our amazing story with SA Home Loans.

Our lives took a complete U-turn after years and years of trying to apply for a home and only to be told that it will never happen due to our credit profiles. We had gone from pillar to post, from one provider to the other and after almost 7 years, our prayers were finally answered.

It only took me one day after deciding to try the SA Home Loans Sales Contact Centre number and I came across a lady by the name of Lynett Moodley. She was extremely patient with us. I have never seen such professionalism, kindness, patience to name a few. The application was again given thoughts and wondered if all will be well. She requested all supporting documents etc but in simple terms, fought the battle with us together with her team and managers.

I will never forget the phone call received from her around 17h30 saying that our bond had been approved. That was a dream come true. I immediately phoned my husband to share the good news and from there onwards it was smooth sailing.  The paper work, liaising with attorneys etc…she never left our side until the day of registration and when we received the keys to our home.
