I was blown away by the excellent service I got from Melinda at the Nelspruit branch. We already own a house so we knew a second house would be a huge challenge but we were referred to Melinda and said if there is someone who is a sharp as a pencil its her. I phoned her the Monday and we met on Tuesday. I laid my cards on the table and told her this is our second house; but she was so professional and told us we could afford the second house. We applied for the loan and before the week ended I got an email advising that it was approved, subject to an evaluation and final credit which took another week and it was settled. People like Melinda are the companys nuggets as they are the reason we would go back again and again. I salute you.
