It was so odd for me as a first time buyer to have my first house and with all the assistants from the friendly Tina Majilis at SA Home Loans. I did not really have a clue to what I was doing but I was guided and I even got a call from a friendly Manager to ask if all was well at my new house. The banks take my Salary month on month but refused a bond although I was in good standing with them. But that is the past and with my new house and as a single young man.............Well I will rather search for my own wife to be. Thanks SA Home Loans and put South Africans in their houses..
