Key Responsibilities
Assess accounts coming into the Foreclosure Department and contact clients to formalize payment arrangements. Liaise with the Securities department to ensure that security documents are uploaded to Datastore. To extract the security documents from Datastore and other necessary documents i.e. Winded report and statements and prepare the electronic file for Legal Instruction. Carry out administrative duties effectively and timeously in order to support key functions. Be proactive and efficient iro managing e-mails, letters, updating SAHL systems and any other admin related duties. Being adaptable to change as & when the department needs require it.
