Key Responsibilities
To offer customer service for our Quick Cash, Personal Loan/Transfer Assist product. To liaise with the client, home loan consultant, credit department & attorney firm in order to effectively and efficiently process the payment of the loan to the client.
Alignment to business driver/strategy
Reputable and trusted provider of unsecured lending to SA home Loans clients. Providing clients with the choice to take control of their finances through access to funds and debt consolidation.
Aligned with the company wide policy of amazing service Aligned with the Sales/Marketing drive towards products which are packaged to suit a client’s need.
Marketing the Personal Loan/Transfer Assist Product
To educate the client and home loan consultants on all benefits and costs associated with the product being offered and the administration process that will be followed should the client be interested in either product.
Manage your Inbound & outbound calls effectively.
Quick cash Process
- Explain terms and conditions of the process to clients.
- Understand all conditions related to home loan application.
- Confirm approval or decline with Credit and provide feedback to the client.
- Send Quick Cash instructions to the attorney.
Process payments by:
Verifying Quick Cash Legal agreements
Checking ITC, rates, and loan conditions
- Manage workflow and follow up on unresolved or incomplete matters.
- Handle all queries in the Quick Cash Application inbox.
Personal Loan/Transfer Assist Product
- Explain terms and conditions of the process to clients.
- Draft settlement and paid-up letters accurately and on time.
- Process account closures, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Assist admin Support with personal loan and transfer assist queries.
- Remain active on the hunt-line to provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Matric
Experience
1 - 2 years admin experience
2 - 4 Years + admin experience within Finance Industry (Preffered)
