Renting a flat for a number of years made us very complacent, until this new bundle of joy changed everything. My wife and I were both forty, and to experience parenthood for the first time at this age truly was an experience. Suddenly the flat seemed very small, and the need for bigger space became a necessity. House hunting became a tiring process. Luckily, my friend introduced me to a certain Gavin Harley, employee at SA Home Loans. Now this man worked even harder than us searching for a house on our behalf, and low and behold, he was the person who found our dream house.
