We were turned down by ABSA (with whom we already have an existing bond and WELL over paid), FNB who we bank with and have mixed up internal communications, Standard Bank, Nedbank don't do trusts for home loans for our home purchase. They all turned us down saying that we were too high risk and not prepared to help out... So as a last resort we called SA Home Loans and spoke with Jeethen Maharaj who, within 2 weeks, secured the loan, our home and completed everything. BRILLIANT ongoing guidance and communication!! It was SUCH a pleasurable experience. Thank you SO much Jeethen and SA Home Loans. Now we are purchasing our 2nd investment property... we knew exactly where to go first!!! SA Home Loans of course!! We know they will come through!
