This is my story after renting a flat for years with a child that was indoors all the time due to restrictions and no children allowed to play in the garden. I realized that outdoor life and playing is important for my child's development and renting does not accommodate that need. I took a bold decision to look for a property with a garden to purchase. The move was bold because a single parent with one income it was risky to buy. I needed a secured home for me and my son. I went from one bank to another not qualifying for the house to turn into a home with this top fixtures a garden is a must, in a complex, 3 bedrooms. I found an agent to assist me in finding a property and signed a contract only to be re-evaluated and given less money as compared with the pre-approved loan value. I could not afford the difference and I was about to give up. Then one day I saw the perfect little home I was dreaming of, who and how will I finance this property. SA Home Loan answered we are here to help. I was scared of a legal battle from the other contract I signed which I could not raise the difference on the purchasing price and the loan offered. I was helped by a lady called Tracy, she called around and asked for legal opinion on my behalf that is called extra mile. SA Home Loans legal team told me to relax if I cant raise the money the seller will have to drop his price or let me go.
