We have only just begun the process of purchasing our very first home. So you can imagine how scary this all is. Within a couple of days we already received an Approval in Principal with 95% approval. We were ecstatic. We thought that at least one of the banks would be able to better the offer but low and behold not even our OWN BANK could match SA Home Loans offer. We have never been so disappointed in our own bank. They only want to give 90% even given the fact that we have a credit card, had various paid up loans and two savings accounts with them. We are still in the beginning stages so thank you so far to SA Home Loans for everything. Will post another story as our bond progresses... :-)
