I have had two wonderful experiences with SAHL. My in-laws were in the process of losing their home because they were unemployed and could not afford their bond payments. I did not want to uproot the old folks so I made them an offer. Bond/rent free living, plus a bonus and they agreed for me to purchase the property from them and SAHL came to my rescue. It was an investment that I never regretted.
